You can view the status of your order by clicking on "my account". You will see one of the following terms:
Processing:
Your order is being processed, that means that all data has been received correctly. With the exception of pre-order orders (specified in the product details), you will receive your shipment within 24 to 48 working hours.
Complete:
Your order has already left our warehouse so in a maximum of 48 hours you will be able to enjoy it (for mainland Spain). Once it has entered the Seur warehouse (usually around 22h) you will receive an SMS or email from seur with your tracking number so you can locate your package at all times.
Return received:
Your return has been received correctly. Returns received between the 1st and 31st are credited on the 5th of the following month.
Change received:
Your exchange has been successfully received and we are preparing your shipment.
Change completed:
Your change has already been sent, it will arrive at your destination within 48 hours.
Credit note made:
Your payment has been processed. Depending on the payment method you have used, it may take 1 to 7 days to be reflected in your account or card.

MAS34 was born out of women's need for designer footwear with exceptional materials at affordable prices.
Our footwear is produced entirely in Spain, using only national materials. The "made in spain" gives us flexibility, guaranteeing perfect quality finishes. All of our shoes are handmade.
At MAS34 we don't create trends, we adapt to them to respond to the needs of today's women.
In order for you to have exclusivity, many of our models are not restocked. However, we have designs that are continuous and we tend to restock them constantly. If you want to be notified when they are back in stock, just click on the size you want and enter your email address when you are asked for it.
We can make up to 15 prototypes to find the perfect model. We use the best quality leathers both inside and outside our shoes. In addition, we integrate in all our insoles a gel sole that will "cushion" your steps turning the torture of heels into something really bearable.
MAS34 undertakes to comply with the delivery time (provided that the product is NOT in PREORDER) from 1 to 7 working days, except in cases of force majeure or customs retentions.
Deliveries to the Canary Islands are made by post once a week. They can take up to 15 days.
Nowadays we don't know when we are going to be at home and we can't afford to wait a whole morning or afternoon for an order to be delivered. For this we offer you the solution, send your purchase to a pack point, which is nothing more than a local shop (such as a florist, tobacconist, petrol station) so you can and pick up your package when it is most convenient for you.
We accept debit cards, credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer and Aplázame. Through this last method you will be able to finance your purchases up to 36 months. Click here if you want to know more (link to aplazame). You can also pay through apple pay and Google pay.

Remember that we work from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
In each product page you will find the size section where it will indicate whether they fit normal, small or large. However, if you have any questions, the best thing to do is to contact us by email or telephone. Nobody better than us knows the fit of the different models.
Remember that you don't have to wear the same size in a stiletto as in a boot, so always check the fit or contact us.
The most important thing for us is that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, no problem: you have 15 calendar days from the day you received it to exchange or return your order.
To exchange or return the product, the product must be in perfect condition (without the sole marked*) and including original packaging and accessories. Please protect the box with the additional seur envelope that we have sent you inside the package and insert the invoice of your purchase in it.
If the shoe shows signs of having been worn, NO returns or exchanges will be accepted. If any pair arrives at our warehouse with evidence of wear, the customer will be responsible for collecting it from our warehouse.
Customers residing outside mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands may only request returns and will be responsible for all customs charges, taxes and shipping costs.
Shipping costs, taxes and customs duties are non-refundable.
In the event that the customer does not accept the delivery of his order, costs and/or customs fees necessary to complete the delivery, Más34 will not make a full refund of his order.
Any costs not associated with the customer's non-acceptance of his/her shipment will be deducted from your original refund.

2. You bring it to our showroom in Provenza 385, 4º 6ª in Barcelona. We are open from Monday to Friday from 10h to 19h.
3. We will take care of it, PROVIDED THAT THE PICK UP IS IN THE SPANISH PENINSULA AND BALEARIC ISLANDS through the courier company SEUR. Fill out the form for returns and exchanges, and
- In case of change, this will be free (only 1 change per model will be accepted, if you want to make more changes we will refund you and you will have to buy a new pair).
- In case of return, 8,00€ will be deducted from the refund in question.
Extra costs arising from customs services shall always be borne by the customer. (Canary Islands and outside the European Union).

When we receive the goods and check that everything is correct, we will inform you and proceed to pay the corresponding amount using the same payment method with which you made your purchase. The payment of the returns received will be made on Friday of the current week and may take between one and five days depending on the payment method you have used.
- The credit to your credit or debit card account, which you can see on your credit or debit card statement. The date of payment settlement does not depend on us but on your bank, it can range from 1 to 10 days.
- If you have paid via PayPal, you will receive the credit to your PayPal account.
- If you have paid by bank transfer, we will contact you to request your full account number and make the payment directly to your bank account.

MAS34 is a company that sells exclusively online. We do not have a physical store, but you can come to our showroom to try on and/or buy our shoes in C/ Provença 385, 4º 6ª, Barcelona. Remember that we are NOT at street level. Our opening hours are from Monday to Friday, from 10h to 19h. We will be happy to welcome you!
