Exchange and/or return

The most important thing for us is that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, no problem: you have 15 calendar days from the day you received it to exchange or return your order.

To exchange or return, the product must be in perfect condition (without the sole marked*) and including original packaging and accessories. Please protect the box with the additional seur envelope that we have sent you inside the package and insert the invoice of your purchase in it. Remember to write our address on the seur envelope.

*In case the shoe has signs of having been used, NO return or exchange will be accepted. If any pair arrives at our warehouse with evidence of use, the customer will be responsible for picking it up from our warehouse.

Customers residing outside mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands may only request returns and will be responsible for all customs charges, taxes and shipping costs.

Shipping costs, taxes and customs duties are non-refundable.

The first exchange is free (Only 1 exchange per model will be accepted. In case you want to make several exchanges we will refund you and you will have to buy a new pair).

The credit of the returns received will be made on Friday of the current week and may take between one and five days depending on the payment method you have used. The customer will not be credited for postage paid by the customer.

No credits will be issued for international transfers.
