The most important thing for us is that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, no problem: you have 15 calendar days from the day you received it to exchange or return your order.
To exchange or return, the product must be in perfect condition (without the sole marked*) and including original packaging and accessories. Please protect the box with the additional seur envelope that we have sent you inside the package and insert the invoice of your purchase in it.
If the shoe shows signs of having been worn, NO returns or exchanges will be accepted. If any pair arrives at our warehouse with evidence of wear, the customer will be responsible for collecting it from our warehouse.
Customers residing outside mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands may only request returns and will be responsible for all customs charges, taxes and shipping costs.
Shipping costs, taxes and customs duties are non-refundable.
In the event that the customer does not accept the delivery of his order, costs and/or customs fees necessary to complete the delivery, Más34 will not make a full refund of his order.
Any costs not associated with the customer's non-acceptance of his/her shipment will be deducted from your original refund.
STEP 1:
You have 3 options to send us your exchange or return:
1. You take care of it, through the courier company of your choice with PAID postage and send it to us at:
MAS34 C/ Provenza 385, 4º 6ª, 08025 - Barcelona
2. You bring it to our showroom in Provenza 385, 4º 6ª in Barcelona. We are open from Monday to Friday from 9h to 14h and from 15h to 19h.
3. We take care of it, IF THE PICK-UP IS IN THE SPANISH PENINSULA, BALEARIC ISLANDS OR PORTUGAL PENINSULAR, through the courier company SEUR.
Fill out the form for returns and exchanges, and
- The first exchange is free (provided that the collection is in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands)
- In case of return, 8.00 € will be deducted from the refund in question.
* Extra costs arising from customs services will always be borne by the customer (Canary Islands and outside the European Union territory). Shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded.
STEP 2:
If you want to make a change: size or model, we send it for FREE! in mainland Spain or Balearic Islands. Please check if we have the size you want, in case you can't find it, send us an email and we will let you know if we will receive a replacement or an exchange.
We will only accept one exchange for each model. If you want more changes, a refund of the corresponding amount will be made and you will be asked to make another purchase.
If you want to make a return;
When we receive the goods and check that everything is correct, we will pay you the corresponding amount using the same payment method with which you made your purchase. Payment for returns received during the current month will be made on the 5th day of the following month and may take between one and five days depending on the method of payment you have used. The postage paid by the customer will not be credited.
If you are in doubt between two models/sizes, try them on at home and return the one you do not want to keep.
If you are in doubt, we will send you two pairs.
In MAS34 we know that sometimes it is difficult to choose between two models or doubts may arise with the size, so we offer you the opportunity to try them on at home comfortably and decide on the one that best suits you. The steps are very simple, at the time of purchase, add the two pairs you want in the shopping cart and make the purchase in the usual way. After receiving the order you choose which one you want to keep and fill in our return form. If you choose that we take care of the collection, sending the courier where and when you indicate* we will discount you only 5,50 for the management instead of the corresponding 8 euros.
